Needed a Senior HRMS Consultant to manage Human Resource, Payroll , Recruitment, Learning and Work Force Performance through Oracle 12.1.3 , 12.2.4 HRMS Modules.
Creating/updating benefits program/plan setups, life events, fast formulas, security profiles.
Strong experience with Oracle forms, reports, XML publisher, Oracle Workflow builder, SQL, Pl/sql, shell scripts. * Should have experience with Oracle API’s.
In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP especially the primary Functional (or Technical) Area from a functionality and configuration standpoints
Strong experience in Oracle implementation of Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Time & Labor Management Modules
Functional Professional with the lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations
Experience in implementing Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR,etc
