The Customer Experience Manager with the task to manage a company’s image and control how a company interfaces with its customers. The person assign to this job will be principally responsible for customer experience within the outlet. This includes but not limited to maintaining customer satisfaction and assuring standard of service.
Must understand and communicate the brand image and personality.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Have a full personality, be confident with a passion for service and hospitality.
Have a hands-on approach and ability to recruit, train, the pre-opening team with the brands philosophy.
Conduct regular briefing to raise awareness of all team members and achieve smooth operation.
Manage customer feedback and complaints.
The job including crisis management in all forms that may affect the brand image.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
Must keep informed of media persons, VIPs, social media influencers, local and regional Celebrities
