Job Introduction
The Partnership Sales Advisor will be responsible for responding to all inbound calls/emails from prospective and existing members inquiring about product purchases. You will be responsible for quoting and converting incoming sales leads and ensuring individual and team performance targets are met.

You will need to maintain the quality of member records through accurately recording information during and post- call to ensure we are able to analyse the effectiveness of these actions and improve our processes going forward. The successful job holder will also be responsible for actively building a portfolio for new business leads and driving and delivering sales by ensuring exceptional customer experience for our customers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all customer sales requests and queries relating to purchasing. Customer contact will be across all communication channels – phone, email and web chat.

Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and putting forward ideas for the continual improvement of the customer experience will be essential.

Main Responsibilities

Answer all calls within appropriate time frame, in a polite friendly manner, introducing both the company and yourself. Focus on customers ensuring we provide excellent service to our customers.
Achieve a high level of accuracy on all quotes, upsell and cross sell on every quote.
Maintain a professional manner when receiving inbound calls.
Ensure that all quotations are dealt with recording the correct information and submitted by the deadline or on a timely basis.
Work towards pre-set targets and quality measures to ensure an excellent customer experience for all member interactions.
Work pro-actively on various sales pipelines and initiate calls to generate leads that would be transferred into successful sales conversions , while ensuring that every opportunity is taken to drive revenue growth

Delivering new sales through all channels (Individual & small-medium sized businesses)
Ownership for the resolution of all customer sales enquiries and contacts.
Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system to ensure high sales conversion. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact

Use existing sales and negotiation skills to correctly assess the members’ needs, making changes to policies where appropriate
Take full ownership for all member contact and recommend any appropriate options, from providing quotations through to taking all appropriate actions
Ensure that every opportunity to fully deliver to the member is identified and taken.
Accurately maintain and update all paper and computerised systems, ensuring quality of information throughout
Accurately record all activity and results
To comply with and take into account any requirements from regulators and/or any applicable local regulatory requirements
Be accountable for own time management in relation to performance targets
Be accountable for own performance against targets
Ensure Bupa Global is competitive in the marketplace by securing and maintaining a good working knowledge of all competitor products
Identify personal development areas and fully participate in all training provided by the company
Fully participate in the ongoing development of the teams workflow and process
To be a champion of change and display a positive attitude at all times towards colleagues and tasks performed

Ownership for the resolution of all customer sales enquiries and contacts.
Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your Manager
Support new team members
Being a role model for the team demonstrating outstanding personal behaviours and performance

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharma/ Medicine/ Commerce/ Marketing/Finance/ preferred.
Excellent listening and questioning skills to ensure all member information is identified
Ability to advise and influence- listens and consider information leading to the application of sound business advice
Decision making ability
Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills
Proven sales record and strong customer service skills
Constructively reviews and analyses own performance in order to develop potential
Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing roles within a contact centre setting
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
Bilingual Arabic & English, ability to speak French would be advantageous
