A big construction company is looking for a Personal Assistant to MD.
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments.
Attend Business meetings and take meeting minutes.
Make travel arrangements
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Devise and maintain office filing system.
Proven work experience as a personal assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Computer and MS Office skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality.
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Ability to work extra hours if needed.
UAE Driving license.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Willing to travel 40%
Ready to join immediately.
