PERSONAL ASSISTANT FEMALE ( EUROPEAN / BRITISH NATIONAL)
We are hiring a well intelligent and smart European or British Lady to work as an assistant for owner of the foreign exchange company.
The candidate must have full knowledge and experience of all admin and secretarial work including;
Answering the phone calls, taking notes, e.mailing and acting as first point of contact.
Organizing meetings and appointments with clients and correspondence.
Often Controlling access to the boss.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for boss and his clients / Guest.
Organizing events and conferences , with the help of other supporting staff.
All responsibilities to arrange whole daily schedule for the boss.
Filling the important documents.
Excellent, organised and time management.
Good written and spoken communication skill.
Accuracy and attention to details.
Calm and professional manner.
Excellent computer and administration skill.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Ability to use own initiative.
