Our client, an international company based in DIFC, Dubai, is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to cover for 2 months (July-September). This role will support the senior management team and provide general administration assistance other team members. In your role, you will be tasked to provide powerful and confident reports, screen telephone calls, manage calendar and emails of the Directors, write meeting agenda and perform other adhoc general administration duties.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
must have at least 5 years of PA/ EA experience supporting senior management
must have a diploma or degree
should be on a husband’s / relative’s visa
should be able to commence work in 2 weeks and don’t have any scheduled holidays during the duration of the assignment
