Personal Assistant to CEO, European


We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to CEO to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Personal Assistant to the General Manager.
Having vast knowledge of secretarial tasks and preparing reports.
Strong Computer and Managerial Skills.
Assist General Manager in carrying out daily responsibilities of the Company. Organize and maintain manager appointment schedules. Work closely with manager to ensure availability of information and materials for meetings.
Provide high level of administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload

Experience Required:

Computer skills Managerial skills Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and representation skills.

Problem solving, ability to work under pressure, work to tight deadlines
