Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO’s office.
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team and adapt to change.
Attention to detail and deadlines and to filter information and assess priorities.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
Expert level in the use of Outlook and Intermediate level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to pay high attention to detail, to work in a flexible manner – out of hours if required.
Excellent written English and the ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to represent the company externally
Good knowledge of database systems, research processes
Clear understanding of confidentiality

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare correspondence and minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the CEO
Timely organization of all activities, logistics including the travel arrangements and last minute changes to be done for CEO and Executive committee
Timely generation of PO’s and follow up’s
To maintain and organize the Calendar, emails, filing system and all other relevant areas as necessary.
Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence including Keeping and retrieve files
To support the CEO and Executive committee in their projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, consultation, team-management
To draft speeches, articles, briefings, and project proposals as requested by CEO and Executive committee
Coordination with the HR, IT, Admin department for completion of joining formalities of the new joiners and exit formalities
To compile files and ensure they are sent in good time for meetings. To circulate reports, minutes and agendas for meetings.
To be responsible for receiving enquiries and providing an effective referral service.
To maintain and continuously keep up to date all contracts and files as requested by CEO and Executive committee
To liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors.
To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times.
Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Skills

Excellent IT Skills, including use of ICT packages i.e. Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook Access.
Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality;
Excellent letter/ emails writing and Presentation skills
