Minimum Qualification: Pharmaceutical Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Healthcare Or Equivalent Experience
Minimum Experience: 2 Years’ Experience in a Similar Key Accounts Manager Job for the private sector in Pharmaceutical Industry within UAE.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
To lead the contracting and partnership process with all key chain pharmacies.
Visit and arrange appointments with pharmacists and Purchasers, which may include pre-arranged appointments to maintain business relationship
Create and maintain a database for all the customers in order to implement marketing strategies.
Conduct presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists to increase product awareness
Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical representative, Sales Managers and supporting sales executives to enhance effective internal communication.
Coordinate with Logistics & sales team to manage deliveries, stocks level, stocks forecasts & placing new orders.
Create and update detailed records of all Purchasers, pharmacists and wholesalers to maintain a comprehensive database of all potential and existing customers
Plan weekly and monthly sales schedules in coordination with Sales Team to forecast the sales targets
Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and present and discuss this data with the health professionals to deliver the most updated and accurate product information.
Monitor competitors activities and products to keep up with market pace
