ENERCON has opening for a Predictive Maintenance Consultant to support our client Nawah in the UAE. This will be a temporary position expected to last 6+ months. Nawah needs to implement a PdM program to support the Preventative and Predictive maintenance programs. The PdM program will also support evaluating the operability of equipment after corrective maintenance, and fullfil the In Service Testing (ASME) requirements.
The basis for the PdM program at BNPP is documented in procedure ENG-PSD-ER-0001 and MNT-PRC-0069.
Responsibilities include:
PdM task identification

Evaluate the ACA identified PdM tasks and determine how these technologies will be implemented at BNPP
Evaluate the ACA preventative maintenance activities and determine what technologies will be implemented to support these tasks.
Evaluate the IST (ASME) PdM requirements and determine what technologies will be implemeneted to support these tasks.
Provide support in identification, classifying and uploading of PdM tasks on SAP.
PdM program requirements

Support the maintenance department in the generation of the implementation procedures for the four PdM identified technologies (Oil analysis – Vibration analysis – Acoustic analysis – Thermography).
Support the procedures for the storage and evaluation of the sampled data and determine the Alarm and Failure criteria for each technology.
Develop the process for recording the Reference Data and establishing the Baseline data.
Develop the process for monitoring and trending data recorded on permanently installed PdM equipment at BNPP.
PdM Group establishment support

Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support on the selection of PdM equipment to complete the PdM tasks.
Provide SME support in the setup of the PdM workshop.
As a qualified candidate, you will have the above experience and meet the below requirements:

The required PdM support services are the following:
B.S. in degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
10+ years of relevent experience required
Applicable Code & Standard and best practices in performing the PdM activities.
Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
Evaluate the PdM tasks identified at BNPP in the Preventative/Predictive and In Service Testing maintenance programs.
Determine the best suited PdM technologies that must be implement to ensure the tasks are completed effectively.
Assist in identify the best suited PdM equipment and evaluation software to fulfill the monitoring and trending requirements.
Assist the maintenance department in compiling procedures for implementing the four PdM technologies.
Compile the Engineering procedures for Monitoring and Trending of the PdM data recorded.
Assist the planning department in correctly coding the PdM activities and loading them into SAP.
Determine the process required for acquiring the Baseline data, and determine the acceptance limits for the PdM program (Reference data and limits required for establishing acceptance criteria)
Ability to pass a background check to be able to gain access to safeguard information and security-related documents.
Ability to perform activities at client sites that require pre-job briefs and walkdowns at the site, including occasional climbing.
Strong coordination and team building skills; demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, divisions, and teams.
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings; ENERCON and client specific background checks; and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
