IT Project Lead / Analyst

The role is responsible to manage, implement large scale projects by coordinating with various internal and external teams.

Act as business analyst, technical analyst & project manager
Manage the implementation of projects from end-to-end, coordinating the efforts of different teams involved (development, sales & marketing, business development, customer care, legal, …)
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report project status at the adequate level to the different stakeholders
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Supports all internal / development IT projects / procedures related to software systems and applications.
Scheduling and organizing of support, operations, and development, testing and documentation activities.
Reviews and updates functional and feature specifications and descriptions, user interface, project descriptions and objectives, and relationships to other systems.
Creation and submission of status reports
Coordination of internal and external project resources.
Application and maintenance of quality requirements that include the creation and execution of methods and procedures for testing and debugging software programs and systems.
Interaction with software product vendors.
Management of resource vendors.
Research, analysis and evaluation of complex business systems and processes.
Act as business analysts, projects analyst and manage work activities for on time within budget

Coordinate and facilitate team activities in large and complex project environments (technology enterprise development environment)
Work with Project members in the development of project meetings, reporting cadence
Participate and drive the discussions with business, vendors, & other stakeholders to solve project related challenges.
Set-up/Update project activities within a Project Management Tool
Provide timely status and risk and issue reports for team
Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and issue resolution
Manage team documentation and documentation repository as required by project
Develop meeting content as required by project leadership with minimal guidance
Contribute recommendations and content, participate in team meetings, internal documentation reviews, and effectively work with the team lead to meet project goals
Compliance with Time and Expense and training requirements is expected

Minimum Qualifications:

A proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise fraud management system or web development projects (5+ years)
3+ years of hands-on experience mining and analyzing Fraud Management with a strong working knowledge of Project management and Risk domain experience above 8 years under IT department
Solid understanding of systems development lifecycle, knowledge of Fraud Management and Analytics and traditional project management principles and practices
Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications from IT
Experience leveraging Agile Scrum methodology on projects
Balanced business/technical background; sufficient level of technical background to provide assistance in coordinating technical teams
Experience coordinating and facilitating teams of distributed developer resources.
Able to objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
Able to articulate ideas and recommendations through excellent verbal and presentation skills
Organized with solid time management skills
Ability to work independently to meet assigned
