Responsible for Recruiting and Hiring Sales Consultants to Maximum occupancy
Teamleader that motivates and develops efficient and high performing team.
Responsible for coaching, guidance, frequent feedback and motivation to staffs, ensuring obedience to company policies and procedures.
Prepare and execute operating budget
Monitoring and reviewing agents’ transactions.
Analyzing, preparing and obtaining Weekly and Monthly budget forecast
Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects according to company guidelines and budget.
Coordinate and schedule training classes for all On-Site Staff.
Management of the asset’s online reputation and brand
A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IN UAE
Must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property.
Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and provisions.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to be an inspiring leader.
Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
_We offer Basic Salary + Commission from sales agents + commission for direct sales. Which w ill be discussed during the interview.
