Job Summary

The successful candidate will be part of the Administrative Team and ensure that all procedures with regards to Government Departments, Labour, and Immigration are carried out constructively and effectively.
Prepare all documents required for visas, permits and licenses application.
Submit, follow up and collects visas, permits and licenses to / from Immigration & Labour departments.
Provide administrative support for all the employees, including applying for visas, site passes, etc.
Update the HR / management on visa/passport details.
Renewal of relevant documents company documents – Trade Licence, Trade License, Government registrations, visas, permits, CICPA pass, etc.
Accompany exiting staff to the airport to ensure they are leaving the country, collect the cancellation /exit stamp and ensure a copy is handed over to the concerned department.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly organized individual who is self-driven and has the ability to operate under minimal supervision.
Assisting with the PRO (Public Relation Officers) with regards to -Employees new work permit/visa applications, knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Tracking visa applications through Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company logins.
Taking care of internal travel bookings to sites based out in other countries and local as well.
Scheduling or arranging the drivers for airport pickup
Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations.
Follow-up with documentation for new hires and interacting with Dubai Silicon Authority office for new visa applications and shared services.
Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOC’s, acknowledgement letters etc.
Record Keeping and Scanning of documents.
Assisting medical and life insurance related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.
Any other task assigned by Management or HR Head.
Should have excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Preference will be given to Moroccan’s and requesting you to please do not submit your profile if you are not a Native Arabic Speaker.
