Answering Phone Call
Ensure proper housekeeping of office area
Handle arrangement of technician site accommodation and transportation that are necessary for service technician mobilization to site
Knowledge of Products Sourcing
Manage inventory and conduct stock-take, order stock/equipment spare kit replenishment and generate purchase order and monitor order and delivery of spare parts
Preparation of working tools and stationery for new staff
Any other ad-hoc duties relating to Administration that are being assigned from time to time
Co-ordinate staff welfare activities.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in construction/trading Industry.
Experience in purchasing spare parts and hardware tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently.
Meticulous with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Team Worker, Mature, Meticulous, Pro-Active Work Attitude & Work Independent.
Energetic & Result Orientated.
Able to start work IMMEDIATELY.
