WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED PURCHASING OFFICER FOR THE RETAIL FASHION INDUSTRY , SHOULD HAVE 5 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SAME FIELD WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD .

Key Job Responsibilities

Identifying and selecting vendors to purchase commodities/supplies and ensure that criteria such as specification, price, quality, quantity, and delivery date are met.
Responsible for reviewing all material/supply requests and compare it with project budget and project schedules.
Assist in placing purchasing orders for required materials/supplies and ensuring timely delivery and in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure details on time of delivery and material specification.
Organize and maintain numerous purchasing tasks in a busy and pressured environment Responsible for negotiating the most favorable contract terms and conditions possible to achieve best value purchasing.
Monitor and review vendor agreements as well as review and process invoices for payments, resolving any problem that arises.
Maintain and update purchase records on materials and suppliers and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
Responsible for maintaining the day to day activities of purchasing registers as well as daily and weekly reports.
Support the Stores personnel in the administration and maintenance of all paperwork and delivery notes and ensure they are filed for audit inspection.
Essential Technical and Professional Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

Valid UAE Driving license must Required

A degree in a business process is required

5 years in a retail sector experience will be high advantage

Good communication skills in English written and oral Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi task.

Ability to meet physical requirements including a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day.

Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office – MsExcel, MsWord, and MsPowerpoint

Knowledge of admin, logistics, issuing of materials is preferred.
