: Sending enquiries and follow-up correspondence to overseas suppliers. Acknowledging suppliers order confirmations. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Tracking courier shipments in proper system. Handling some projects assigned by the management. Filing & recording suppliers invoices and purchase orders in uniform order. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree. Able to work independently. Minimum 5 years experience in a and demonstrate initiative. similar position. UAE drivers license.
