A great role has come up for a Business Development Manager to join a fast growing real estate company based in Dubai.
Generating additional business from existing customers.
Bringing in new business and maintaining them by providing utmost customer service.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Contact clients regarding sale or service offered
Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of a client
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
Maintain call logs and reporting details regarding calls
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter feedback into computers
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be fluent in English
Must have at least 2 years of Experience in real estate preferably Dubai, US, Canada, Australia or UK
Must have good communication skills
Candidates from real estate developers or Brokerage background.
Nationality – Arab/ Indian / Russian/ Chinese/ Filipino.
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people.
Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior
Knowledge of any other language is an added advantage.
