La Capitale Real Estate is looking for Office Executive.
This is an administrative position & not a Secretarial Position
The candidate will be the Face & Voice of the company and will assist, coordinate and maintain relationships directly with internal & external clients while supporting the company’s brand and culture.
The candidate’s inputs towards implementing many administrative & telemarketing tasks are significant.
Main Duties are:
Handling all property listings on different portals (i.e. Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.)
Create listings for all the properties in the company including rental, ready & off-plan.
Email marketing to company database as per the company standard
SMS marketing on the company database
Creating Flyers for different promotions
Receiving customer inquiries (phone calls)
What are the few qualities expected of you?
A Creative thinker with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
2-year work experience in Real Estate is Must,
Excellent interpersonal skills,
Analytical and problem-solving skills,
Effective communications (verbal & written) skills,
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
Very effective organizational skills,
Computer skills including & not limited to Microsoft Office Knowledge, Paintbrush, Photoshop, making & editing videos
Time management & administrative skills,
Exceptional convincing skills (to convenience clients over the phone), etc
The successful candidate will be given R.E.R.A. training, along with other training like – Marketing, Advertising, Lead Qualification, etc.
