Provide all the necessary support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the reception area and working environment. * Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s and customers inquiries whenever possible. * Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. * Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the public to the appropriate section. * Respond to public and customers inquiries relating to the main head office. * Keeping the reception area tidy. * Looking after the ‘visitor’ book and security passes. * Prepare weekly reports. * Make calls, confirmation and preparations for RTA meetings. * Assist all customer requirements and respond to all their inquiries. * Responsible for keeping, updating, controlling and maintaining all customer and RTA staff information and records. * Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position
High School. * 0-2 years of working experience. * Basic Computer-literate performer. * Good listener and communicator who effectively and conveys information verbally and in writing. * Resourceful team player who excels at building trust relationships with customers and colleagues. * Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage.
