Description

Taking care of front desk and answering all the calls.
Preparing correspondence and documentation including drafting and distribution of letters and emails.
Recording and filing of documents as required.
Arranging and sending documents via courier service.
Day to day administration of the department and record of events.
Taking work instruction and task from the Managers as required.Supporting the Managers in the administration process.
Coordinating appointments of the Managing Directors.
