Working as a admin coordinator, provides a business support to Sales Team for growing Real Estate Company.

* Personal Skills

Proficient at handling clients, Ability to work under Pressure, Hands on experience in team work and team management, Goodtime management and Organizational skills, Outstanding Oral and Written Communication Skills. Drafting business e mail.

* Ensuring all leads and enquiries are attended as per best customer service practices, follow up with clients on a regular basis, responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries.

* Advice clients on market conditions, competitive prices, legal requirements and related matters. Listening and gaining clear understanding of clients’ needs and requirements. Assessment to be done to generate lists of properties that are compatible with clients’ needs and financial resources.

* Monitor the property market to watch out for pricing trends for old and new properties up for leasing using Property Monitor real estate intelligence platform.

* Listing properties and upload photos / videos on various portals such as, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Just Property, etc.

* Analyze the data and make relevant reports for management.

* Schedule appointments with Prospective Clients, arrange meetings and act as an intermediary in negotiations terms & conditions between Leaser and Lessee.

* Coordinating with Agents for listing, refreshing, updating their properties on portal. Providing support to the team in every possible way to achieve the target.

* Updating records on Crm portal regularly & accurately. Record all client details in the database and ensure that all responses are being updated till closing the deal.

* Conducts training for new Sales Associates on Crm, Property Finder and other portals.

* Manage office administration tasks, including general, office & business supply orders, equipment maintenance, maintain files and oversee office appearance and repair issues.

* Assist Sales Director in preparing for office meetings and other events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,800.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
