We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join the team in our busy office.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, staff and others. Another main function of this important role is to welcome visitors to the office and answer incoming telephone calls.
The right candidate will:
– Be able to present a professional yet welcoming and friendly persona to visitors.
– Possess excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels.
– Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.
– Be able to prioritise workload, multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
– Be pro-active with the ability to act on your own initiative.
– Have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– CPA will be an added advantage.
