Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries appropriately to concern staff or department.
Directing calls and taking adequate messages when required,
In-charge of collection of mails from PO Box and distribution to department/staff accordingly
Keeping and developing general filing system and precisely file all correspondence
Preparing and arranging of meeting rooms, refreshments, badges, table name board and other services needed as per requirement for visiting clients and delegations.
Maintaining the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
Monitoring the use of office supplies and equipment’s in reception area and all meeting rooms
Handling and updating reports, records and all related documents with regards to company accommodation
Key Criteria required for Job
Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point
Confident with strong personality to manage the reception*
