Preferably with experience with the same role, real estate procedures and knowledge in CRM and social media as a marketing platform.
Experience of at least 6 Months in a similar position
Smart and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work on extended hours
Can work under pressure
Must be a team player
JOB DESCRIPTION: –
Qualifying clients to ensure lead score
Follow up with clients and scheduling viewings
Learning new off-plan developments- Organizing Dubai Offplan developments information
Hands-on Propspace CRM for day to day operations
Operating Developer’s CRM for managing availability
Managing compliance for arranging Land Department Contracts (A, U, F)
Preparing tenancy / unified contracts and communicating with Landlords about the updates
Working closely with CRM team to update status of leads
Meeting with clients (if required) in the office
Arranging schedule with the photographer / videographer for photo shoot / video shoot of the property for listing in CRM- Communicating with clients to educate them about MOU conditions
Monitoring and responding to client’s inquiry
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
Assisting the clients, by giving all the details about the inquired property.
Preparing email presentations for exclusive projects of the company.
Attending meetings and conferences in absence of superior.
Drafting and maintaining legal documents.
Coordinating with other Property Consultants for availability of the properties.
Managing superior’s daily appointments like meetings, viewings with clients, etc.
Taking dictation and writing minutes.
Preparing documents for meetings.
Drafting correspondence in my superior’s behalf.
Updating all my superior’s listings in the system to maintain high listing quality (score)
Preparing email presentations for all the upcoming projects.- Drafting campaigns for social media.
Monitoring / updating the leads received from social media campaigns.
Managing cloud based – google drive necessary documents (brochure / floorplans / masterplan / availability / email presentation) for the upcoming projects.
Verifying listings on propertyfinder if the client (Landlord or Seller) sent all the required documents.
