To work with the HR Team in providing an effective and comprehensive HR Administration & Recruitment service to Clients and Employees working through the organization. To provide excellent standards of customer service through recruitment and administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · To act as a focal point for HR recruitment queries from clients/staff and the general public wherever necessary · To be familiar with HR policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information. · Working with the HR Team Leader to support group initiatives. · Sourcing CVs to meet the clients requirements. · To provide recruitment services to the group which meet the needs of customers and relevant policy, procedure and legislative requirements. · To maintain good relationships with employment colleges and agencies. · Take ownership for respective vacancies ensuring that all recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner and ensure quality of service. · To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the clients and candidates. · To carry out any other duties appropriate to this post by the Team Leader. · To support the Group’s values and strategic objectives within the context of the duties of the post. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor Degree in HR or related discipline · Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field · Candidate should be an Arabic National · Very Good Knowledge of Arabic and English Salary range AED 4,000/- to 5,000/- (negotiable) depending on experience.
