A multinational manufacturing company requires a Logistics professional with 5 years of experience in supporting logistic processes in the supply chain within the Middle East, Levant and Eastern Africa markets. Responsible to handle customer service activities, manage complete supply chain process from placing order to deliver and also co-ordinate with 3PL service providers. Ideal candidate should have knowledge in ERP system with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Co-ordination and assistance in SCM projects with customers and suppliers
Regular analysis of SCM KPIs (e.g. delivery performance and inventory management)
Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
Coordinate the complete SC from placing the order internally to Delivery to the warehouse and to end customers.
Implementation of internal optimization measures
Purchasing and RFQs of logistics services
Stock analysis and replenishment
Close communication with 3rd party Logistics provider
Assistance in operative SCM processes
Occasionally support the management of the customer in terms of correspondence, invoicing, various issues related to the activities of commercial support
Studies of business administration or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience
Shoul have 5+ years of relevant work experience in logistic processes in the supply chain
Special knowledge about procedures in logistic and Sales
Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
ERP knowledge in logistics modules (desirable SAP)
Leadership and entrepreneurship skills, cross-functional thinking, communication skills
Willing to travel and intercultural understanding
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Skillful handling of MS office applications
