KONE Middle East & Africa (KMEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence in 10 countries and more than 60 distributor markets within the region. To complement our growth plans, Offering & Sales Development is considered to be a strategic priority for our New Equipment Business (NEB).
Reporting directly to the Regional NEB Director for KMEA, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Regional NEB Offering and Sales Development Manager to be based in our Dubai office. In this role, you will lead and develop programs to ensure the progress and speed of Sales development actions across the region. You will proactively develop and implement an offering strategy to ensure offering competitiveness in the market.
We are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, with an analytical mindset, result driven and a strong commercial acumen skills. Are you the one?
University degree holder
Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of the following: Sales Management / Product Management / Business Development
Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Ability to interpret and analyse data to draw conclusions and identify patterns;
Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness and flexible to travel within the region.
