Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain and increase company business.
Developing customer base and also focusing on retention of existing customers.
Taking and managing daily bookings, referrals and Sales.
Check the vehicle availability.
Responsible of opening & closing contracts in a proper way, as well as renewals and over dues.
Communicating with customer via email and fax. Reply to their reservation quotes, confirmations and amendments as well as extensions.
Responsible of making Daily Business report for accounts department.
Responsible of providing highest quality customer services to the customers.
Handling inbound reservations and domestic ones.
Attending customers and General Visitors with smile.
Attending and making calls to the customers.
Provide latest information to the customers.
Make sure the system is up to date.
Proper documentation as per law and company policies.
Advise and arrange solution for customer’s minor problems. Forward major ones to CR Manager.
Handover the pending jobs to the next shift.
Forward Daily Loyalty program transactions to QC Department.
Self-awareness of product and pricing information of Insurances.
Inspecting vehicle in case of relevant staff unavailable.
Report and share every information and problem to immediate line manager (Station Manager).
Always going an extra mile to satisfy the customer and reflects good Company image.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management. Etc.

Trained Internal Staff & Team Work.
Update Customer Database. Etc.
Nature of business : Rental Car.
Equipment’s : Hard Ware: PC, Scanner, Photocopier, Epson Printers, Credit Card machines, Telephones & Extensions, Manual
Documents etc. Software: Armada, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc), Internet .
Shift & Timings : 8 Hours Shift, Rotational Timings. (May sit for long hours too).
Interval/Break : From 01:00 pm- 02:00 pm (Morning Shift) Half Hour Break (Evening Shift)
Travel Requirements: Depends
Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Qualification : Bachelors in any customer service and administration background.
Knowledge of : Oracle/ERP, Customer Service Practices, Market Knowledge, etc.
Language : English+ Arabic advantage. etc.
Experience : 1-2 Year
