We are seeking a Business Development cum Sales Manager for Retail Planning and Merchandising who can strategically manage our retail store accounts, in compliance with the company’s policies and vision, and actively monitor customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities You will take ownership of your account, allocate resources, and organize processes to drive profitability in various situations and market conditions. You will be creating a culture where store activities and assets are vehicles for showcasing and driving Brand Equity. Daily sales tracking, measurement, and reporting would be one of your key roles. You will understand the store’s behavior patterns, draw conclusions from such findings, and make relevant adaptations to the service offered. You will coach, motivate, and inspire team members to accomplish store goals, sales targets, and maximize their individual performances. Moreover, you will be required to have a hands-on approach to guiding your team members on the nuances of sales, etiquette, and customer interaction on the shop floor.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics/ Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of global or regional work experience in retail planning and business development in Consumer Electronics category
Experience working with major electronics retailers or superstores
Knowledge and experience in Marketing Displays will be an added advantage
Strong business acumen and presentation skills
