Business Development Executive (Based in Dubai, UAE with the availability to travel based on demands)
We are looking for energetic sales executive specialists to generate and nurture sales leads for our mainly SaaS-based email Security and information services. You will be working closely with GM to develop new business leads by cold calling, however many leads are already warm. The role will also entail speaking directly with end customers and articulating the benefits of the Email Security SAAS Solution, Solarflare Network Interface Card, Mimecast Email Security, V5 System Security Platform and some Other SAAS product solutions (TBA) as company expands into the future.

You will ideally already be experienced from time spent in an IT Vendor Sales role and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with proven experience in calling business to business environments.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and well organized.
You will enjoy a target driven role and able to learn quickly. Target Sales shall be determined during 3 months Probation period.
The successful candidate must be:
Able to follow up all sales and marketing campaigns to qualify leads in an effective manner
Able to Profile a dedicated target list to generate opportunities in those accounts
Able to cold call and have a professional telephone manner
Articulate and able to promote the business and its key services in face to face meeting with customer
A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills – with the capability to network
A skilled negotiator
Organized, able to work to tight deadlines and able to coordinate diaries with excellent attention to detail
Fully conversant with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email and Internet
Able to Meet set target sales
Proven experience in marketing/sales and lead generation with experience of meeting targets
A keen interest in IT
Mature and able to articulate a sales pitch effectively
Essential Skills and Experience:
You will be expected to be diligent, quick thinking and eager to learn as much about IT and sectorial issues as possible – ideally you have Bachelor Degree in IT. You will be working within experienced team. The ideal candidate should be a team player, with the motivation to work individually as required. Some sales experience will be advantage.
As part of your onboarding program you will receive special product training. Additionally you will be trained by Senior Sales on an ongoing basis while performing your job.
This is an entry level position at and the first step towards a successful career in selling IT SAAS and Hardware security solutions. We have a clear path for those who want to develop their career further towards Enterprise Sales or Channel Sales roles within 2 years.
