1. Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
2. Organize and schedule appointments
3. Book travel arrangements
4. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
5. Provide general support to visitors when needed
1. Providing sales support to Sales Managers
2. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
3. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
4. Keeping the sales report up to date at all times
5. Knowledge on documents such as Bill of lading, Invoice, Certificate of origin, Packing list etc.
6. Knowledgeable in Logistics/Shipping
1. Excellent customer service experience
2. Good in Excel/outlook/power point & word
3. Highly proficiency when it comes to coordination & reporting
4. Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
5. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
6. Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.
7. Professional demeanor and attitude.
8. A fast learner who can quickly understanding and articulate new technologies and processes.
9. Proven experience as an administrative assistant
