Our client, an amazing global 5* Hotel group within the luxury segment, is looking for that special Account Executive to help establish and build long lasting partnerships with their Corporate. Through your professionalism and interpersonal skills you would be working within a team of professionals delivering excellent service to the corporate clients, maintaining accounts and create opportunities for new clients. Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will be supported to achieve your success through ongoing training and development with a company that has made a name for developing and ‘promoting from within’.

To be successful in this role you would need to have at least 1 year in pro-active sales within 5*hotels. be an excellent communicator through all mediums such as – Presentation, Telephone, Correspondence, Face to Face etc. It will help if you have a passion for the industry and a lot of enthusiasm or drive for results. To understand the standards required it would also be desirable if you have previous experience in 5* Hotels.
Some of your responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Drive revenue (short and long term through room, C&B, F&B and golf).
* Gain deep knowledge for the business model, concept, market dynamics and trends.
* Develop relationships across the business units beyond the local market towards GCC, Levant, Europe and Americas.
* To utilize sales tools in a manner to ease work process.
* Consistently communicate ‘within’ to share market trends, provide customer knowledge and feedback to ensure awareness, planning and coordination of sales.
* Fluency of a second language would be of an advantage
* 1 years Experience in Proactive Corporate Sales
* Experience in UAE is preferred
