Sales Executive ( Cyber Security Solutions)

Job responsibility

Supports sales for entire Tatweer product portfolio, preparing forecast, sales plans and targets for segment’s portfolio of customers located in UAE.
Meets and exceeds targets, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling software solution to customers.
Technical sales support to local customer teams on pricing and dimensioning for enterprise business opportunities and services.
Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable solutions.
Strategic planner/sales/forecasting activities and achievement of pre-defined targets for revenue recognition
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of the cyber security industry, new models and recent improvements/ news.
Prepares request for Information (RFI) & Requests for business Proposals (RFP).
Assists in revenue generation through new and key account development and management.
Identifies company requirements for – security posture, identify client needs, and propose relevant solutions.
Identifies security weaknesses and/or gaps in business and communicates with IT teams to bring information security operations up to the standards.
Monitors change in local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards affecting information security, make recommendations to the client’s for upgradation
Quarterly, Semi-annual and annual reporting of Service issues and Reversals to Management
Maintains Service levels by meeting expected sales target and deadlines to Board level/senior management engagements and relationship management
Incisive in new Business Development and driving sales.
Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Client Management – understands the expectations of the client and driving sales targets.
Quality – Conducts calibration meetings with the client on a weekly basis to monitor & maintain quality customer service parameters.
Planning & Strategizing — Having regular reviews and workouts with the team to plan strategies for different periods of time.

Experience in cyber security industry is essential.
