Opening accounts with new doctors / decision makers in Medical Centers / Clinics and Hospitals
Maintaining long-term relation with current and potential customers.
Track client- and sample- wise continuously
Providing the Customer service to the contracted clients
Communicate current prices and updates
Communicate information about new products
Project a favorable image of the company
Marketing intelligence role by continuous provision of information related to our tests, customers’needs and competitive activities
Continuous exchange of relevant information with the medical professionals
On receiving of Statement of Account from Finance, delivering it to the customer and follow-up for payments.
Collection of Cheques based on the Customers Payment terms during their Field Visits.Handover the cheques to Finance and deliver the receipts to the customers.
Adding of new customers to our list based on the policy defined by Management
In case of closing of Client account, follow-up for pending payments and settling of the Accounts.
Profile of the Candidate:
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 2 years prior experience in laboratory sales will be preferred
Ladies on husband’s visa will be preferred
Profiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage We expect the candidate to be well groomed and able to interact well with Doctors, Nurses,Technicians and other allied Medical Professionals
Remuneration: Commensurate with an entry level job + attractive and achievable commissions
