We have a new opportunity for a Sales & HR Professional, who wants to be part of our team and find his place in our modern offices, based on Sheikh Zayed Road, number one.
The main focus for this position is on sales and offering our solutions to the market, although you will have many other diverse responsibilities.
You will work exclusively for our company, este, who is offering alternative solutions for companies who are dealing with a lack on talent, or a lack on inhouse recruitment skills, or who don’t want to hire internal anymore.

Be the guide
You seek companies in the U.A.E. and Middle-East in the technology field and / or construction field, who are in need of higher qualified and senior executives (such as developers, high tech profiles, technical designers, architects, engineers, etc).
You call them and make meetings to introduce our company and our solutions. (You love cold calling and you get triggered to work with targets)
Follow ups are very important. Therefore, we are looking for a punctual and accurate person who keeps his word and prepares and follows up on contracts without any flaws.
Once the contract has been concluded, you communicate with the recruitment team so that they can start the executive search for our client so that the start-up can be arranged as quickly as possible.
Be the administrator
Once a month you are responsible for the HR administration: payrol, pay checks, follow up working hours, administration visa procedures and communication with the PRO.
In case you have experience with PRO services is this an extra value.
Be the creative
You keep the online job page up to date with creative content and you write the vacancies.
For this we need an original and creative person with excellent communicative skills.

You will be fitting the job when:
/ You have a valid driver license for U.A.E.
/ You have your own car
/ You are aware of the roads in U.A.E. and you don’t mind the traffic
/ You have sales experience in I.T. and / or construction and / or HR/recruitment industru
/ You have experience as an HR administrator
/ You are creative and you are an excellent communicator. You must be able to speak and write English fluently.
/ You have at least 6 years work experience of which at least 3 years sales experience in the U.A.E.
/ PRO experiences is a plus.
