The Responsibilities of the Sales Manager Chemicals for Lubricants Blending Industry include:
Ensure Sales Targets and Sales Growth are achieved in the defined countries
Not being limited to the Dubai Market you will sell Raw Chemicals & Additives to The Lube Blending Companies in UAE, KSA, India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and South Africa.
Ensure new business development activities are initiated to meet business plan for the ensuing years
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, taking ownership and responsibility for delivering consistently against objectives
Determine the sales and customer specific strategy to sell complex Chemistry-Based Solutions
Work with an existing client base and grow the business, build solid relationships and make regular visits and calls to them.
Research, Identify & Acquire New Clients and grow the portfolio of clients
Visit clients in the field, fostering excellent business relations and developing new sales opportunities from existing accounts
Establish trust and valuable, personal relationships with the management of customers
Take a lead in developing and implementing sales and market development strategies
Travel to different regions to Attend Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences to Network and identify new Prospects
Deal with all types of clients at all levels, and be comfortable in high level negotiations in a competitive environment
Desired Candidate Profile:
5 to 9 years of experience in sales of Chemistry-Based Solutions to the Lube Blending Industry
Exposure to Chemistry-Based Solutions to paint / emulsion / adhesive industry can be considered
Graduation in Chemical engineering / chemistry is essential or else longer years of experience in sales of chemical raw material within the Oil, Lubricant or Paint & Coatings industry
Expert in OEM Sales, Pricing, Customer Relationship, Gathering and Analyzing Market Intelligence, Product Development, and MIS Reporting
Post-graduation in sales and marketing is desirable
Excellent Technical and Consultative selling skills
Along with technical knowledge, you will have a high attention to details being able to easily close deals and work with the logistics team to ensure delivery of product to clients.
Organization & planning skills and developing positive customer relationship are essential to your success and achieving your sales target.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Negotiation Skills
Preferably with a valid UAE drivers License
Willingness to be based in Dubai, U. A. E. and Extensive Traveling to the target markets
