Job Specifications:

Candidate must have minimum of 10 years experience as Sales Manager in commercial vehicles trade in GCC with a reputed dealer
Candidate must have minimum of 3 years of supervisory level experience
Candidate must hold Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Good custom handling skills.
Candidate must have good communication skills in English and Arabic is an added advantage

Job Description:

Candidate to maximize sales and thereby increasing market share.
Candidate need to identify customer needs’ to achieve margins.
Visits corporate clients in the field to sell products, follow up on previous sales calls,courtesy visits to fleet owners and secure new customers.
Monitors and guides the Sales Executives assigned to him.
Accompanies sales executives as and when necessary
Prepares tenders and quotations.
Coordinates with Service Center and Parts for effective customer care.
Coordinates with principal relating to orders and with the Finance Dept. to effect clearing and payment.
Ensure that the employees are fully complying with the QHSEMS requirements and as per Company’s Policy & Procedures.
Lead and drive the work force to achieve the Company’s set QHSEMS objectives and targets.
Coordinate and provide support to Business Excellence Department for Internal/External audits
