We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be the in-charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for leading and overseeing the performance your sales team.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Manager Requirements:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Dubai property market.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sale team.
Bs/Ba Degree or equivalent
