Education Level: BSc. Mechanical Engineering – UAE preferably Abu Dhabi.
Expirience Required: Minimum of 5-7 years’ work experience In Air-conditioning industry

Qualification:
Technical & application knowledge for the HVAC machines.

Good Knowledge about industry standards

Strong knowledge about HVAC suppliers in the region

Marketing and sales knowledge

Should be having experience in Third Party Distribution

Should be speaking Arabic and English fluently.

Should have a strong relations government departments.

Technically sound in HVAC products and system.

Good managerial & communication skills

Experience in working with MEP consultants, contractors & developers.

Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)

Good knowledge in data collection, processing & analysis.

Self-Motivated and result oriented.

Responsibilities:
Manage sales and make sure to achieve booking, billing and collection numbers for the assigned area.

Follow up distributers work day to day and manage their orders and monitor their stock level

Define and promote the products value propositions relevant within their main applications, you will ensure that the distributors sales force is well educated

Ensure that the product is always competitive. You will convey market requirements into product specifications and recommend, initiate and carry through product updates or new product projects for your assigned area

Carry through product training and presentation – for distributer sales force and for key customers

Ensure that management is always updated with market requirements, situation and provide accurate forecast.

Support SKM direct customers and distributers both technically and commercially to increase SKM sales/profit in the assigned area.

Promote SKM unitary product range within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & the western region market.

Help in building dealer contractors network with SKM distributers to ensure the best market coverage.

Obtain the required government registrations for SKM unitary products in the assigned area and ensure that SKM unitary products are well known and accepted in the market.

Suggest, plan and participate in marketing campaigns / events with coordination of Marketing department.
