We are looking out for a potential candidate with 2-4 years of experience with Business partnering acumen and experience in handling multiple HR activities with an MNC. The role encompasses working with highly confidential data which includes Payroll (end to end until payout), and different operations within HR department (Comp & Ben. , Performance mgmt., Employee engagement, Training, Exit etc.). It also includes partnering with business to resolve people issues and challenges within the business. The person must be an excellent communicator, go getter, and self-motivated with multitasking and problem solving skills. Should be excellent in reporting and working skills with MS Excel.
