What will you contribute?

In the role of Senior Manager, Regional Sales Operations, you will lead the regional sales operations team to achieve new levels of excellence in their work to support regional sales team performance. You are expected to develop new processes, leverage best practices and provide insights to support the evolution and growth of the sales regions. The role reports into the Senior Director, Global Sales Operations.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide leadership to the Enterprise regional sales operations community to create a high performing team offering value to the regional MD
Drive consistency of RSA profile & deliverables, continuously enhancing the output and performance of the team
Responsible for the quality of Salesforce data captured by the regional sales teams via the engagement of regional sales operations
Drive the consistent adoption of best in class forecast and pipeline management processes into Finastra’s sales regions
Define Standard reporting and dashboards, KPIs tracking and ad hoc analytics to provide insights to the regional management teams as well as the executive leadership team

Required Experience:

3-5 years sales operations experience, Financial markets knowledge a plus
Excellent analytics skills, ability to derive insights and actions from the data
Good project management skills and change / transformation experience
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Record of successfully driving teams of multiple stakeholders to the achievement of measurable outcomes
Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture
Experience attaining internal buy-in and securing commitments from stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen
Willingness to travel (30%-40%)
