Role & Responsibility : Working in an automotive service business, this job will involve being a contact point for incoming phone calls and reception of visitors to the business. These activities will involve communication and liaison with all staff and customers, knowledge and promotion of the products and services of the business and the clarification and resolution of day to day problems. Other duties are likely to include routine clerical tasks, computer work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualification : High School, Degree, Diploma holders with moderate fluency in English.
Age : 25 to 40 years (male / female)
