The successful applicant for this position will work as part of the Onboarding/Shareholder Services team servicing a number of key client relationships. This person will be involved in new client onboarding process, processing investor transactions, applying due diligence procedures and communicating with clients and investors directly.

Role Responsibilities:
Support senior staff on new client on-boarding projects

Ensure due diligence checks are performed on clients and investors

Act as the initial point of contact to the investor

Administration of investor queries

Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and delivery of investor reporting

Support senior members as required

Skills Required:
1-2 years experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions

An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines

An accountancy qualification would be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills

Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Access (Experience on Paxus an advantage)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
