We have an excellent position for Sr Course Consultant with one of our client.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to the Center Manager, the purpose of this role is to proactively advise, Counsel the prospective students and promote our training programs.
Note: This is a Target oriented role and candidate should be ready to work under pressure.
Shifts : 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM.
Work Days : 6 Days in a Week. Friday and Saturday will be working days. Weekly off will be provided.
Salary Range : (3000 AED to 4000 AED ) + Incentives (Upon the target achievement)

Assisting, and informing students with student services processes, procedures and policies, which include, but are not limited to: admissions; advising, assessment/testing; course fees, registration, program information
Following up inbound leads and client requests.
Providing full range of student services support to students by responding to inquiries and requests for information and assistance in person, online or by telephone.
Keen knowledge of the training programs & ability to understand the profile of potential students to be able to better qualify & close enrollments
Conducts one on one admission counselling sessions to advise applicants on admission criteria, process, and admission status.
Arranges appointment with trainers as and when prospective students need to speak with them to provide more detail on courses.
Keen understanding of human behavior & the ability to gauge interest and the need for negotiations
Effectively managing your sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review and telephone calls.
Proactively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), referral, networking, and industry events.
Ensure that students’ contact details and documents are accurately entered in LMS.
Weekly reporting & analysis of course enrollment numbers and short course performance.
Liaison with other departments.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field or those who are from the recruitment or immigration industry.
Those who have experience in the roles like Talent acquisition/ recruitment/ hiring / account managers/ immigration consultant/Training consultant would be preferred.
Bachelors/ MBA preferred.
Proven track record of sales / Recruitment / Counselling
Excellent persuasion, communication skills & negotiation skills
Fluency in English language (multilingual is beneficial)
