Responsibilities and Duties
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Recruitment/HR Officerto join our growing operations.
Manage the entire Recruitment & Selection procedures of all positions required by the Management.
Manage the entire on-boarding and induction process.
Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the HR personnel files.
Work in cooperation with management to ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and operationally effective
Additional HR tasks may include the following:
Manage the annual performance evaluations and KPIs as per the performance management and rewards policy
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Interpret and advise on the required labour laws and company policy and procedures
Advise on employment law in relation to probation periods, family status, visa’s, labour cards, insurance etc.
Maintain and ensure implementation of all HR related paperwork and filings
Manage the probation performance evaluation of all new employees as per the probation policy
Monitor all leave as per the Leave and Work Absence policy
Prepare all final settlements and ensure compliance of all exit procedures as per the employee exit policy
Manage the renewal of group insurances
Preparation of the monthly payroll
Issue required letters at the request of the employee (salary certificates, NOCs etc.)
Issue written warnings as per the discipline policy
Preparation of all final settlements and ensure compliance of all exit procedures as per the Employee Exit policy
Manage all labour card and visa applications under LLC/FZE/DMCC
Other tasks as required by the Management
Qualifications and Skills
Relevant Recruitment/HR qualification
Professional HR certificate or membership is an advantage
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
Previous work experience in the UAE and Middle East is a must
Strong I.T. skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
Prompt response to applicants/candidates’ queries in writing or by telephone
Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support
Able to implement administrative processes and pro-actively resolve problems
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Approachable and positive attitude
Excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines
Fluent English & Russian languageability- both spoken and written
Professional and smart appearance at all time
