Human Resources at our Hotel continues to be a dynamic and strategic function across the organization. Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
All needs of the Staff Accommodation team are to be taken care like Vacations and other requests.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Taking minutes for all meetings related to Staff Accommodation.
Maintain & coordinate the appointment schedules of the Complex Accommodation Manager, as necessary.
Maintain and update accommodation allocation as required both in the online system and hard drive files.
Responsible for raising Purchase requests for all monthly requirements.
Responsible for tracking expenses on a monthly basis.
Be in charge of all associates’ events planning and conducting.
Prepare monthly activities schedule to be conducted for associates.
In charge of all games and activities conducted in the accommodation by Marriott Business Council.
Coordinate with all Marriott hotels in the region regarding games and other TAKECARE, Community and Environmental serving activities conducted by Marriott hotels.
Update all communication in Accommodation Notice Boards and other documents as required
To assist Human Resources Manager in monitoring administration of disciplinary procedures related to Staff accommodation
Responsible for Time & Attendance for Staff Accommodation associates.
Filing all relevant documents and correspondence
To anticipate staff needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance staff satisfaction.
Prepare and send-out advisories on regular Staff activities such as, barbecue dinner, city trips, and national day celebrations.
Arrange/Coordinate Transportation for all Staff related meetings and sports according to the advice of Complex Accommodation Manager.
To assist Complex Accommodation Manager in preparing all necessary documents for contract applications, renewals and terminations.

Graduate / Equivalent Qualification
Fluent English and exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, word and MS PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Good administration skills
Good interpersonal skills
Interactive, self-motivated, outgoing and organized personality
Communicates well with people/ takes initiative/ guest services orientated/ organized
Planning and organizational talent
Attention to details
Minimum one year of service in Mina Seyahi Complex
Cross training in Staff Complex or Human Resources Department an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration an advantage
