Planning and performing work that involves in stock management such as receiving, inspecting, cycle/stock count, unloading, labeling and delivery of items and products.
Exercising general control over all activities at the store.
Ensuring the safe keeping of all documented information both soft and hard copy related to receiving, storing and delivery of items/products.
Monitoring of the critical and safety levels of the items/materials based on forecast and requirements.
Ensuring that daily and monthly reports on inventory are always submitted on time.
Allocation of materials and items based on the requirements of the projects.
Maintaining of the inventory data and ensuring that it is up to date.
Monitoring of the status of the items delivered to the store, to the projects and to the Clients/Customers.
Ensuring that Defective Parts are segregated and labelled properly.
Ensuring materials returned from sites is segregated and labelled properly.
Any other duties related to the position as requested by the Manager.
Store Keeper with MEP Contracting Companies experience
He/she shall have minimum 3 years’ experience.
Arabic & English speaking is an advantage.
Driving license will add advantage to the position.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
