We started with a vision to ensure that no one ever has a bad meal! Over 10 years Zomato has steadily built both a search and discovery platform that fuels stable and growing transaction businesses. The value derived by our users from Zomato’s platform depends on the breadth and depth (available choice) of restaurants they find on Zomato. Our Sales Managers play a key role in delivering this value by acquiring and growing relationships with merchants across all our platforms.
Our Zomato sales team works simultaneously on multiple fronts – user onboarding, retention along with restaurateur experience and real time payment settlements.

Why are we looking to hire?
Strategic Accounts Team at Zomato manages the relationships with some of the largest and most prominent F&B chains and hotels across a city. This team works on all facets of Zomato offerings – Ads, Table Reservation, Online Ordering, Zomato Infrastructure and multiple SaaS businesses
To accomplish this, we require hands on and effective business development skills, strong problem-solving skills, astute decision making and effective stakeholder management. Considering this role entails managing owner level relationships, this team demands a deep understanding of online and traditional
We are currently strengthening this team across UAE and are looking for awesome customer centric problem solvers to come on board as Customer Growth Managers.
What will the role be responsible for?
To drive partner/owner level relationships with the customer (restaurant groups/ chains)
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and achieve sales goals
Develop plans for these high growth clients, manage expectations and contribute towards a high level of client satisfaction by driving growth for them
Ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes from internal service delivery teams at Zomato – across all product lines
Ensure operational success of the client campaigns
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and build efficiencies where required
Actively seek opportunities to integrate multiple Zomato offerings to holistically solve the customer problems and drive better business outcomes for them.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to
company leadership team and other company functions
Contribute to product development as part of meeting the future needs of the
