Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Location: Dubai

As a Strategic HR Business Partner within DuPont Sustainable Solutions, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, developing an HR strategy for the organization and a roadmap to achieve strategic goals. You must be comfortable working with ambiguity, have a proven track record of designing and implementing sustainable HR strategies across a regional landscape. In addition, you must have experience driving an HR strategy for a Consulting business, to enable a culture of engagement and ownership.

This role requires talent with a strong leadership presence and demonstrated exceptional communication skills – in particular, the ability to translate business strategy and purpose into clear, easily understandable and implementable programmes to enable DSS to move the people agenda forwards. You also have a proven track record of managing senior level stakeholders to executive level. In addition, the ability to analyse and interpret data to measure meaningful progress across the HR agenda is highly desirable.

Advocate a great place to work culture
Support and execute the HR strategy with a strong understanding of the business goals
Provide full range of strategic HR services for the DSS organisation, with overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment
Organisational design and talent management
Improving the efficiency of HR by re-designing processes and delivering strategic outcomes for the business
Delivering full service end to end recruitment aligned with business targets
Translating and converting HR concepts and theory into practical, sensible solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success
Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings
Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to DSS senior leaders to maximize performance of the organization. Facilitating and enabling line management’s ability to lead change processes
Enablement of diversity and inclusion practices to support business strategy
Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance and containing costs

Job Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience:

B.S./B.A. Degree with at least 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources
Human Resource experience in multi-national consulting company is required
English, French and at least one additional language is preferred
Recruitment experience from end to end is preferred
Proven experience in the employee life cycle is required (attract, develop, enable, retain)
Experience working with labor laws, unions in multiple countries required
Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization
Demonstrated team work, collaboration and cross-cultural skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to develop rapport and trust across all levels of the business
