Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Has an extensive background in restaurant openings, leading operations, teams, and customer relations to propel efficient, seamless operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and first-rate product and service quality.
Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
Preparing the restaurant budget, forecasting the Profit and Lost Statements.
Coordinating with Executive chef in menu planning (updating and compiling new menus), pricing in order to achieve the target sales and budgeted cost percentage.
Ensuring the quality control of the food and beverage service. Keep update on the direct competition.
Recruiting, promoting, transferring and terminating the employee. Conducting departmental training, motivating and controlling the staff effectively.
